We recently created a page for others to submit stories of how the Dharma has changed their life. Today I would like to share our first submission with all of our readers.
As someone who struggles with depression, anxiety, and anger, I can voice first hand for how hard true peace is to come by. It was not until I embraced the light of Buddhism and meditation that I started to be at ease with my self. With the changes I have made I find it so much easier for me to love, and be loved now that I am centered as a person, and a student of the Dharma. Currently I feel much closer now to true happiness.
