King of Concentration

meditative man

A Buddha performs no action: such as “washing away others’ sins with water.”  He only looks after others by accurately showing them the path. Our problems, those we experience externally such as war, crime and violence, as well as those we experience internally via emotional and psychological suffering, will not be solved until we address the underlying neglect of our inner dimension. The prevalence of anxiety, stress, doubt, confusion, uncertainty and depression amongst those whose basic needs have been met is a clear indication of this.
