Hello girls and boys.  For those of us who are very lucky, the weekend is a time to re-charge our double ohm batteries and rejuvenate our bodies.  The rest of us have to work.  However, we can all put at least five minutes aside to breathe in, breathe out and clear the cobwebs of our consciousness.
Here’s a short how- to meditation video that focuses on controlling the breath.  So even if you don’t have the time to find a coy pond or serenity garden, you can still close your eyes and make an oasis of your mind.  Enjoy your weekend.
