I have seen a beautiful flower bloom on an ocean of spiky green stems every year and could not figure out what it was...recently this graceful perennial was identified for me and it is wild iris. It grows in my front yard and I feel even more blessed after reading Gluck's poem. Sometimes we have a little bit of heaven right at our front door and don't even know it.....how sweet.

Avoiding the harmful UV rays from direct sunshine is easier said than done of course but if you really must subject your precious skin to the suns' rays then be sure to apply your anti aging serum as soon as you can and to moisturize the skin and promote the anti aging process.

im often wandering about the net virtually all of the week as a result I have the inclination to read a great deal, which unfortunately isnt usually a good option as many of the blogs I visit are made up of pointless rubbish copied from many other sites a million times, however I have to give you credit this webpage is really quite informative and also includes a bit of original substance, therefore many thanks for stopping the trends of exactly duplicating other people's blogs, if you ever want to have fun with playing a few hands of zynga poker together with me just shout out - you have my email :)

My friends and I have discussions on this subject all the time. While we don't always agree there is a central belief that there are a LOT of religious elements in films like Star Wars and The Matrix. Do they teach us to be better Buddhists/Christians/etc? That's a topic for a future debate. Great post!

It is very wrong to compare Jesus with Gautama Buddha.

Why?

Jesus do not consider compromises.
Gautama Buddha consider compromises.

In New Testament Bible: Everything that is not christian or not belong to jewish god is satanic.
Gautama Buddha says that really behaviour (and therefore, karma) is more important than national or religious patterns.

In christian churches people seriously say that buddhists worship Satan (it is abstract or real enemy of jewish god).
Buddhists do not blame christians without any reason.

Jesus came to Earth to save one, specific nation - jews. It is said in New Testament - read it carefully.
Buddha came to Earth not only to save only one specific nation, but to give the way for salvation (from suffering) for everyone who follows dharma.

As I've already said, christian morality is not pure. First of all, it does not consider a problem of suffering. In christianity, suffering is even normal, if it is desired by jewish god or some jewish arch-angels. Christianity postulates insane idea of ETERNAL suffering in the lake of fire - for some invisible beings that must be judged by jewish god or son of jewish god. Think about it, ETERNAL suffering! ETERNAL = without an end! Christianity also contain destructive idea of Apocalypse - total destruction of the planet, and the fascist idea of chosen nation, that is, jews -- chosen nation by jewish god for salvation. In New Testament of Bible -- 144000 jews must be saved before Apocalypse and before total destruction of the planet.

Buddhist dharma is better than hypocritical christian morality. Dharma is pure, logical and clear. Dharma fundamentally states that suffering must be avoided using intellectual solutions, understanding, friendliness, love and compassion. Dharma is the right way to live to achieve harmony.
